Description

Sievert 3524 Cyclone Burner 19mm – 352403 | Soft Soldering to 50mm | Brazing to 18mm | Pro 86/88

The best possible burner for pipe soldering with the Pro 86/88 — the cyclone rotating flame surrounds the pipe and provides an equally distributed heat to all sides. Soft soldering to a maximum 50 mm pipe diameter (400 ° C). Brazing to max. 18 mm diameter (720 ° C). Direct connection to the Pro 86/88 handle without additional neck tube. 3.1 kW, 240 g/h at 2 bar, 19 mm, 80 mm neck tube integrated at 30 °. The 3524 is the cyclone burner in the Pro 86/88 range — developed with the same advantages of rotating flames as the Promatic cyclone series — but now directly connected to the Pro 86/88 handle via G 3/8"–19 thread.

Due to the cyclonic swirl of the wrap-around flame, the heat can be transferred evenly over the entire circumference of the pipe at one time — which is the most efficient way to pipe solder — making unnecessary the constant motion of the torch while heating the pipe. A plumber who is doing continuous piping throughout their working day will benefit from faster, and more consistent connections.

With its 3.1 kW power consumption and a flow rate of 240 g/h it has the same performance as the 3941 standard burner, however the cyclone flame achieves a better efficiency in terms of power input. Soft soldering to a maximum 50 mm pipe — see PDF from Sieverts confirming that this is the largest pipe size that can be soft soldered using this burner. Brazing to 720 ° C up to a maximum diameter of 18 mm.

Key Features & Benefits
  • Cyclone Rotating Flame — Most Effective for Pipe Soldering — The swirling wrap-around flame heats the full pipe circumference simultaneously — no need to move the torch around the joint.
  • Soft Soldering to 50mm Pipe (400°C)
  • Brazing up to 18mm Pipe (720°C)
  • Direct Pro Handle Connection — No Neck Tube Required — G 3/8"-19 thread connects directly to the Pro 86/88 handle.
  • 3.1kW / 240g/h at 2 Bar — Same output as the 3941 standard burner, delivered more efficiently via the cyclone flame.
  • Stainless Steel & Brass Construction
Ideal For
  • Continuous pipe soldering on plumbing installations
  • Soft soldering copper pipe up to 50mm
  • Brazing copper pipe up to 18mm
  • Professional plumbers wanting even all-round heat without torch movement
  • Sievert Pro 86 (3486) & Pro 88 (3488) handle owners
  • Replacing the burner in a Sievert PMPTBX Pro 86 Cyclone Kit
