Q. Does Calor have a showroom?

A. Unfortunately at this time, Calor does not operate a showroom. There are no showrooms at any of Calor's offices. If you require advice or would like to return a product please contact us or call us on 01926808085.

Q. How do I purchase a product online?

A. Find the product you wish to purchase. Add the quantity to the cart - Click, the 'Add to Basket' button. On the top of the page, click the Basket icon. After you have finished adding products to your basket, you can change the quantities of the products you have ordered. Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select 'Proceed to Checkout'. Fill in your personal details, select a Shipping Method and hit 'Next'. All our deliveries are dispatched on a next working day service as standard.

Your payment options are either credit/debit card or Paypal, whichever you prefer. Select one and hit 'Continue'. Here you will need to enter your details for your selected payment option, and your order is complete. After completing the payment you will receive an email confirming your order. Q. Does the price of goods include VAT

A. Yes all prices include VAT at the prevailing standard rate. The current rate in the UK is 20%.

Q. Is it the same prices for a telephone as it is for an internet order?

A. Yes, the price is the same. Please feel free to call us on 01926808085. We are available to take orders Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Q. How I do know if the product I wish to purchase is in stock?

A. Just click on the delivery tab of the product you require, you will be able to see the delivery options and stock status.

Q. Are the products guaranteed?

A. Calor is committed to supplying products of the highest quality. Each product comes with a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in its original condition within seven days for a full refund.

Q. How can I order and pay for the products?

A. Products can be bought online, or if you prefer, by phone on 01926808085. We accept Mastercard , Visa , Delta and Switch, Maestro and Paypal.

Q. Can I order and pay for my products over the telephone?

A. Absolutely, if you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone:01926808085 between Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm and our team can give you advice as well as process your order. Orders can be placed over the phone using either debit or credit card.

Q. Do Calor offer technical advice

A. Yes, please phone 01926808085, or contact us with your technical enquiry.

Q. Why am I getting a notification from Paypal to say that my credit card or email address is already attached to a Paypal account and it is seeking a password?

A. Paypal has recognised your credit card or email address is already attached to a Paypal account, therefore to add security to your account it asks additional questions. If you have forgotten your password you can ask Paypal to send it your email address. Alternatively use a card and or an email address which is not connected to a Paypal account.

Q. Does Calor deliver outside the UK and how much does it cost?

A. No, we are currently unable to deliver outside the UK.

Q. How much does delivery cost?

A. Most products are supplied with FREE standard delivery, however some smaller items are not included and there will be a £5 delivery charge applied. Free delivery is offered on all orders £75+.

Q. Can I arrange a Saturday Delivery?

A. No, this option is no longer available.

Q. What currency do you use?

A. Payments are taken in UK sterling (GBP).

Q. If I order a product how can I be sure I will get it?

A. Calor is committed to providing customer service of the highest standard. We guarantee that you will receive your order. If there is any delivery problems please contact customer services on 01926808085 or contact us.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. We try to despatch all products within one business working day and 99% of all goods are usually in stock.

Q. How can I track my delivery?

A. On the evening of dispatch you will be sent an email informing you of the dispatch of your products from our main couriers DPD or Royal Mail. With this email you will receive tracking details for you parcels. For DPD deliveries you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery to advise of approximate delivery time.

Q. If I have a problem with an order or time of delivery who should I contact?

A. Please contact Customer Services with any query. Customer Services can be contacted on 01926808085 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, or via our online form. Calor endeavours to respond to complaints within 24 hours.
