The Safari Chef 30 LP Deluxe is the no-frills, base LP model in the updated Safari Chef 30 range - it's all the cooking performance and portability you need, without the quick-release coupling built in. If you're one of the many who already has a standard gas hose and regulator, or who prefers to add a quick-release fitting separately, then this is your best bet.
The leg design on this thing has little holes in it to let you add a quick-release coupling later - so if your setup changes down the line, this BBQ can change with it without needing to be replaced. Plus the folding sequence is marked on the base, so you'll never be stuck trying to figure out how to take it apart again.
The cooking itself is the same across the whole LP range - the GreenGrill ceramic BBQ grid handles burgers, kebabs and veggies with a hassle-free integrated heat deflector that keeps the heat evenly spread across the whole 28cm surface - and the flat grill plate takes care of eggs, bacon and pancakes with ease. The new location tabs and finger slots make it a whole lot quicker and cleaner to switch between the two - a big improvement over previous versions. The enamelled dome lid is also a cooking pot - super handy for boiling water or heating up sauces without having to lug around extra cookware. And to top it all off, the fat pan beneath the burner catches all that greasy stuff and shields the flame from the wind.
