Description
This free-standing heater guard is the perfect way to safeguard children and pets from the heat of portable gas heaters and accidental injury. Compatible with most sizes of portable gas heaters.
Please Note: This guard will get hot.
Intended design: The purpose of a guard is not to stay cold, but to create a safer surface that prevents direct contact with the much hotter elements of the heater. A quick, accidental touch is less likely to cause a serious burn than touching the heater itself.
Safe distance: The guard is also designed to hold objects, children and pets at a safe distance from the intense heat of the flame. Placing the guard too close to the heat source may cause it to get hotter than intended.
Important safety notice: Always be cautious and never assume a gas heater is completely cool to the touch. You should supervise children and pets around any heating appliance, even with a guard in place.
NB: This product can only be used with box-shaped heaters and is NOT compatible with the De'Longhi Quattro Plus or Superser Mini range of gas heaters.
