You'll want a 37mbar output regulator as that's the correct pressure for running your propane gear and the UK Male POL (105) 5/8" LH connection will fit Calor 6kg, 19kg, and 47kg cylinders, Calor Lite 6kg, and all the Flo range from 3.9kg to 19kg.
The 85cm crimped hose comes pre-fitted and trust me that's a better connection than any old jubilee clip - its stronger and more reliable, and with 85cm of length you've got a decent amount of space to work with between the cylinder and your appliance.
