Th Bullfinch 1400 Propane Gas Space Heater has a swirl burner that will provide forced convective heat to your workshop and work area. This unit can deliver up to 25 kW without being connected to any form of power supply. It comes equipped with a piezo ignition module as well as both flame failure devices and an Oxygen Depletion System. Also included on this model is a double skinned top that provides additional cooling of the external surface of the unit while it is operating. There is no need for electric supply; just connect the regulator (1 bar), then attach a hose to the screw-on cylinder valve and you have an instant source of heat. The manufacturer offers a five year warranty.
The Bullfinch 1400 features a swirl burner which creates a forceful flow of hot air around the area. Unlike traditional heaters that require fans to circulate the warm air, this unit does not need any electrical connections. Heat Output is controllable from 15 kW to 25 kW using the gas control. In addition to the swirl burner providing convective heat to the surrounding area, the double-skinned top helps reduce the risk of burns from coming into contact with the top of the unit when in operation. The Oxygen Depletion System (ODS) is another key feature of this unit. If oxygen levels drop too low to safely operate within an enclosed area, the ODS will automatically shut-off the propane supply.
A regulator with an outlet pressure of 1 bar must be used in order for safe operation. A hose and regulator are not included with this unit. These items will need to be purchased separately. This product is compatible with standard UK propane tanks from Calor Gas and Flo-Gas.
